Founding Director

Vikram Shitole

Since inception in 2008, Mr. Vikram Shitole has been an integral part of Shitole Infra, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in design and engineering. Prior to establishing the company, Mr. Vikram Shitole worked with prestigious national and multinational organisations and the offshore oil & gas sector. He worked for over five years in the mechanical design departments and understood the workings of these organisations, which helped him establish strong processes within Shitole Industries later.
Today, he oversees sales and operations, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. With a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and post graduation in Design, Mr, Shitole is passionate about emerging trends in structural engineering and thrives on the challenge of constructing iconic structures that require hands-on involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Tejashree Shitole

Ms. Tejashree Shitole joined the company in 2015 and has been an integral part of its leadership team ever since. She has a Master’s degree in Design (M.E. Design), however after joining the company, she gravitated towards the world of finance. She is passionate about continuously updating herself and she dived head on in the world of finance.
Today, as the head of finance and procurement, Ms. Tejashree Shitole expertly manages the company’s financial health and oversees the efficient sourcing of materials. She also keeps herself updated on the latest trends in finance and industry developments.
